Refund policy

Due to the nature of these handmade items, all items are final sale.  We do not accept cancellations or returns. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order at hello@ameliaroseandco.com.

We grant a 60-day product warranty that covers product defects not caused by customer use or washing.  All fabrics are washed prior to being cut for production, so they will not shrink or bleed.  Amelia Rose & Co, LLC is not liable for items once they have been used or washed.  Additionally, Amelia Rose & Co, LLC will not replace or accept returns on items that may have been damaged in the washing machine. Please be sure to follow washing instructions thoroughly for best lifetime quality of your item.
